Woodfold is committed to keeping your information private and secure while optimizing your customer experience. This Privacy Policy is intended to cover information collected both online and offline.

What Information Do We Collect

For orders we collect customer’s name, billing & delivery address, e-mail address, phone number and fax number.

For customers using a credit card for an online purchase, the credit card information is collected and used by a third party (Authorize.net) to process the transaction.

For credit card transactions made with us directly, we collect the credit card information and once we have inputted the information into our credit card processor we destroy the credit card information.

For brochures and samples we collect name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number.

For those interested in our products we would also collect name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number.
